Steven is a geek who is madly in love with gadgets and smartphones. Give him a broken gadget, rest assured he will fix it. There is hardly anything out there on the Internet that is a free or open source that Steven does not know about. The pool of customers he looks after dearly trust him in his ability to handle technological malfunctions, ensuring Steven to be a great contributor to the support team.
Having been born in New Zealand, Steven studied at the Central Institute of Technology, Victoria University, and Massy University, where he achieved a Bachelors of Technology. He has moved back and forth between New Zealand and the UK throughout his life, eventually joining the ABS team in 2013 where he has become a true source of high-spirits and positivity for his colleagues. He also manages the Level 2 Team and is always ready to help to develop their knowledge and abilities.
